Good Morning,
Exodus 10:27 says “But the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he would not let them go.”
Through all of the plagues called upon
Imagine all the people in
Then imagine all the Egyptians living through these plagues and seeing the Israelites in
Then imagine seeing the one man who could end all of this, their king, the Pharaoh, not doing anything about it. He refused to let the Israelites go while his people suffered. The Egyptians may have asked each other, how their king could allow these terrible things to happen.
They happened because our Lord hardened his heart. The end result was the Israelites left
Now, fast forward to today and all the scary and terrible things happening in our world today.
We could be and are asking the same questions the Egyptians may have asked. Why is this being allowed to happen?
The answer may be that our Lord is hardening the hearts of those who can do something about it for His purposes.
What could be His purposes?
His purpose in
What His purpose is now, I have no clue, but I do know that He is in control and this is part of His purpose.
I do find comfort in that.
Enjoy!
